Admission Criteria by Program
Review the eligibility requirements for each nursing program below.
B.Sc Nursing
Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Minimum 45% aggregate marks. Age: 17 to 35 years at time of admission.
Curriculum: Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Microbiology, Psychology, Pharmacology, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Paediatrics, OBG, Community Health, Mental Health Nursing, Nursing Research.
How to Apply
Admission Procedure
- Enquiry: Contact the admissions office by phone (7010515514), email (nursing@alagappa.org), or visit the campus at Alagappapuram, Karaikudi.
- Application Form: Obtain the application form from the college office or request it by email. Fill in all required details accurately.
- Document Submission: Submit the completed application form along with all required documents (originals and photocopies) to the admissions office.
- Verification: The college will verify your eligibility based on academic records and age criteria.
- Selection: Eligible candidates will be notified of their admission status. Selection is based on academic merit and availability of seats.
- Fee Payment: Complete the admission by paying the prescribed fees within the specified deadline.
Documents Required
Applicants must submit the following documents at the time of admission:
10+2 Mark Sheet
Original and two photocopies of 10th and 12th standard mark sheets.
Transfer Certificate
Transfer certificate from the institution last attended.
Community Certificate
Community or caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
Medical Fitness
Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
Passport Photos
Six recent passport-size colour photographs.
Additional Documents
Aadhaar card, income certificate, and any additional documents as specified for the chosen program.
